Cinnamon Rolls

One of my guilty pleasures is cinnamon rolls. They're so yummy and delicious! I made some the other day and they turned out so good. Here's the reciepe and I hope yours turn out just as delicious as mine did!

Ingredients(serves 50 pieces):
10 dl milk
300 g butter
250 g confectioners sugar
1 bag/12 g yeast
1 dash of cardamom
15 dl flour

Topping:
Sugar
Cinnamon
Melted butter

Instructions:
Boil the milk, butter and the confectioners sugar. Cool down to 37 degrees C/98 degrees F. Stir the yeast into the mixture and then add the cardemom and flour. Let the dough rest for about 30-40 minutes.

Cut the dough into three pieces, use your rolling pin to roll each of them into a square piece. Use a brush to put on the melted butter and then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Roll the square back into a swiss roll and cut into pieces. Place them onto a baking sheet( I use 3 baking sheets for this reciepe).

Let them rest for 30 minutes before you put them in the oven. 200 degrees C/400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Good luck!

Ingredienser(ca 50 kanelsnurrer):
1 liter melk
300 gram margarin
250 g melis
1 pose gjær
noen dæsjer kardemomme
1,5 kg mel

Topping:
Smeltet smør
Sukker
Kanel

Hva gjør man:
Kok opp melk, smør og melis. Avkjøl til fingervarm, ca 37 grader. Rør gjæren ut i væska og deretter bland i kardemommen og mel. La deigen hvile på et lunt sted i ca 30-40 minutter.

Del deigen i 3 like deler. Kjevle ut hver del til en stor firkant og pensle utover smør. Strø på kanel og sukker. Rull sammen deigen til en rullekake og kutt opp. Plasser på bakepapir og la de hvilke i 30 minutter. Deretter steikes de på 200 grader i ca 15-20 minutter. Jeg bruker tre stekeplater.
